To counterbalance the sheer madness of shopping that is Black Friday, Giving Tuesday is a day to express your generosity. Put together teams or break down your school by grade and compete to see who can bring in the most money. Or do a coat or clothing drive. The group that collects the most donations wins!
Cookie Dough & Snack Programs
Over Thanksgiving weekend and during the holiday season people spend time together doing classic holiday activities. And can you think of a more classic holiday activity than baking? But we often don’t have time to bake from scratch. With cookie dough fundraisers and gourmet snack programs from EFS, you can make holiday fun easy and raise money!
Friendsgiving Dinner
It’s not always possible to spend Thanksgiving Day with everyone you love, but you can always have a second gathering for Friendsgiving. There are many groups that have big Friendsgiving get-togethers, and it’s easy to turn that into a fundraiser. Ask all the attendees to bring an item to donate, whether it’s food, clothing, or something else. You can also ask people to donate a “cover charge” of $10 or whatever people can afford and give all the proceeds to a named charity.
